As a child, I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and began my personal journey with food. I quickly learned how much food affects the way we feel and our ability to function daily.
More recently, a family member was diagnosed with cancer and another world opened up to me: food can heal your body!
Through these experiences in my life, I developed a strong desire to help others understand the powerful connection between your body and the fuel you give it.
I earned my Nutrition Therapy Practitioner certification from Nutritional Therapy Institute in Denver, CO in 2013 and am currently enrolled in the Master Nutrition Therapy Practitioner course of classes.

I love to be outdoors connecting with nature. Thankfully, living in Colorado provides many opportunities! I grew up on the Western Slope and moved to Greeley to attend UNC. I have lived in the Greeley-Loveland-Ft. Collins area for over 20 years. I now reside in Greeley with my husband and our two Weimaraners Sam & Daisy-Mae.
